If I make lpb4 song that has note delays for example to make triplets when I expand it into lpb8 the note positions are lost and triplets are destroyed. In other words when delay commands are used expanding and shrinking affect relative note positions, which should not be the case. Could this be fixed?
My Pattern Resizer tool takes care of adjusting the delay times for you, and can also expand/shrink to any pattern size you want (ie. not just halving or doubling the length), but I’m sorry to say that I have still not yet updated it to process entire songs. Maybe it’s still handy for you until I managed to get my shit together and work on the tool a bit more.
Hey Dblue, thanks for this! Awesome, it’ll do just fine for my purposes! At least better than native one. Just have to be aware of the limitations of usage.
