Did You Just Purchase Renoise?

Hello!

This issue is one that involves purchasing Renoise. It’s really irritating me and I hope I can get this sorted.

For the past 30 min I’ve tried purchasing Renoise. I have no credit card, so I went and got a prepaid. Put $78 CAD on it. As we all know, Renoise costs 58 Euro and something like $70.83$ USD. I viewed the bill in CAD and it was $76.72 or something like that. Filled the form out and all, but no go. Tried again - no go. Thought maybe by selecting Euro instead of USD it would work. No go.

I contacted Support but for all I know it could take them 3 days to respond. Plus, I’m the sort of person where even minor issues like this can irritate me to no end. It’s a shame, but that’s how I am.

Basically what I want to know is how much did your bill for Renoise come to in the end. Despite me already seeing the prices in different currencies, I still would like to know.

Perhaps I should have loaded my prepaid VISA with more money? That would be weak, because now it’s too late.

edit: 76.54 CAD - I’m starting to think it was foolish of me to assume that this is the final price. Damn it!!!

Same story her, buy Renoise back in the days from paypal and get bill in CAD :blink:
At the end of the day I spend 10 Euro more over the normal price. And not I am not living
in Canada :lol:

There must be additional charges. I’ll wait until tomorrow and see if I get any response from the support team…

The error message was “insufficient funds” but I was sure that I would be alright with $78. Even online currency conversions (how reliable they are is another question) brought the 58 Euro to under $76.

Might load up $80-85 if that’s the case.
