If a VSTI doesn’t support some sort of Direct From Disk:yes.
But there are other things that seemed to be cached on disk, however i don’t know if this involves dynamic data as well (temporary data per song)
i wasn’t talkin about vsti’s. when i load a sample in an instrument, is it played from disk, or from ram?
They are played from RAM.
