Does Such A Hotkey Exist...

… that allows you to jump up/down editstep rows, without leaving a note or a note off?

Doesn’t show anything like that in the tutorial pages (unless I missed something) but I suppose there could be hotkeys that aren’t mentioned there.

if I got you well, LCTRL+LSHIFT+up/down

I´m not sure I get what you mean but.

Have you keyboard focused the pattern editor?
If not you have to do that by clicking inside the pattern area.

Then you can use arrow up and arrow down to go up/down. And enter if you want to step and hear whats on each step. Also you can use the middle mousebutton.

If you want to lock the keyboard focus to the pattern area the fourth button from the right in the upper right corner locks keyboard focus to pattern area.

Then you can use Alt+up down to jump between instruments or shift+enter to pick the instrument the nearest instrument under the cursor.

The documentation doesn’t focus on all keyboard shortcuts anymore, you can view all existing keyboard shortcuts sent your browser using the “Print” button in Renoise, you will get a complete overview in your browser which key does what, nicely categorised and ofcourse you can print this list. This list will be your actual list, including your modified shortcuts.

lctrl + lshift + up/down is just what I needed, thanks everyone.
