Does the new Rewire function mean that there is no longer any need to use midi-yoke as explained in the “synchronize renoise and reaper” video tutorial?
If ReWire works perfect in that essence:yes you don’t need that procedure anylonger.
Still ReWire does not work flawlessly in all applications yet, either by design of the application or just the limitations of ReWire.
On the other hand, also limitations by the application. (like Renoise does not export instruments through midi channels)
