Drag And Drop Note Data Doesn't Work?

I used to use drag and drop in the pattern editor by selecting a block, holding left alt, and dragging. (Like described in the tutorial here).

This, however, doesn’t seem to work in 1.8. Maybe the shortcut changed? I can’t find anything in the key preferences …

Make a selection, then leftclick it and hold.
