i know it’s allready discussed, but i want to suppose it once more:
using external midi controllers, e.g. for controlling track volume or dsp parameters, is a bit useless with sliders only listening to midi messages, because if you change a slider value from inside renoise (via mouse/keyboard or through automation curves) the midi controller doesn’t notice these changes and is therefore in a different state.
so wouldn’t it be a very simple solution to make mapped sliders also send their midi messages if changed from inside renoise? it couldn’t be so difficult to implement, isn’t it?
