envelope loop ( fast 100 hz) first 2 points ignored

Go to the envelope window , it is set to loop mode , length 10 ms ( equals 100 hz…)
When changing the ( amplitude ) value of the first two points , no changes occur.
Maybe these are used for interpolation ?
