Aha… the Reactable, i’ve seen another concept being set a little later previous year. Reactable is from 2005 i guess from the back of my head…
there are a few different projects, this one is most notable.
from what i know. basically it uses a webcam and projector underneath the table which is wired to a puredata patch, that recognizes & correlates to the simple yet effective symbols on the widgets. i read something about the guys behind this project switching over to sc3 recently. the plans for this and the pd patch/code/abstraction are out there, somewhere.
i think it would look better as a tracker with a full size qwerty!
