it is about buzz support. vote there, discuss here.
It’s kind of hard to vote when you don’t know what the extra cost would be…
Here you can get a clue of what it will cost

almost the double…
I don’t think it is a very good idea to support that gready Buzz-developer, so I’ll never pay that much to get a extra API in renoise…
I don’t even understand how it can be possible to change money on a thing like this, it is as stupid as changing money for a file format, only possible because the stupid patent laws in the state, would never be possible to get such a patent here in sweden (I think)…
I don’t think Buzz support is necessary in Renoise either. If I want to use Buzz machines I use Buzz. If I want to use Renoise, I use Renoise. I think the idea of the Renoise API is a brilliant one, and will add greatly to Renoise’s power.
With regard to Psycle, I would like it more if it worked in the same way as Buzz. (I don’t know why the programmers decided not to copy Buzz’s interface, as this would be perfectly legal (i.e. how many word processors look pretty much the same) and would then make Psycle a kind of open source version of Buzz.
And one whose source code would never be ‘lost’!
