I think he might be asking for the ability to group certain tracks together and treat them as a single track?

He means he wants the ability to group tracks together like in any horizontal sequencer, to make it easier to organize things when you have LOADS of tracks in a song.
I really want this too, as I have said hundreds of times before.
Renoise could adopt a lot of the MS Excel organizing features. That would be ace.
