Glide (GXX) retriggers with multisampled instruments + multiple volume

Not sure if this is a bug or if I’m just misunderstanding Renoise’s behavior…

When there’s an instrument with more than 1 sample and more than 1 volume envelope, the glide (GXX) command sometimes randomly retriggers a note instead of gliding. I attached a short example.

Removing one of the samples or having just one volume envelope seems to fix the behavior.

edit: I just realised I’m still using 3.0.0…so I don’t know if this has been fixed in 3.0.1 (I don’t have the bandwidth right now to download and check)

Thx!I think some weird combination of multiple samples, glides and release length caused it.

Luckilythis bug seems to have been caught - I just checked with a early alpha build and it plays fine
