Grid sequencing

Hi
I’ve got a mate who I am trying to get into Renoise…but a list of numbers scrolling up the page doesn’t look very appealing to him.
Is there a plugin or something that will list all those notes as drums patters like a drum pattern editor? Also does a key editor exist at all ? I’ve had a brief look…but can’t see anything…I expect they exist!

What version of Renoise are you running? This tool works in 2.8:

Step Sequencer | Renoise

You need to dl the tool and drag it into Renoise.
