Couldn’t find such a suggestion, so here it is.
Basically just having the same name (that is at the top of each track in the pattern) also written in the Track DSP window… the first one. The one that has ‘mute’ ‘solo’… just below those and above ‘routing’.
That way not only you’d be able to see the track name if you don’t have the Pattern Editor open, but you could also see the entire, long name of the track, that you sometimes cannot see in the pattern.
