Could it be hard thing to do…?

To highlight the current playing instrument and sample when playing it from the midi/puter keyboard. I would found this to make easier to find correct sample on multisampled instruments for editing.

This is just a little thing but it’s my two cents…

This is came in my mind many times when I’m collecting up or editing for example; drumbanks.

also, hightlighting the virtual keyboard keys

when XI/VSTi/MIDI instruments are played while playing a song would be good.

At this moment, they are highlighted only when you play samples with the keyboard, not when the song plays them via the patterns.

FT2 worked the way I’m suggesting.
