Hi

is it possible to control fe. resonance and such in VST&Midi through renoise?
So if I would like to “slide” the resonance from 127 to 0 how should I do it?

the most user-friendly way is to use a meta device.

you can use MidiCCDevice for both MIDI and VST instruments, or a VstiAutomateDevice for VST instruments
