How Can I Sync Transport, With Fl Studio

How can i set up the ReWire ( or any other additional connections ) so that pressing play and stop will function from both softwares

AFAIK, FL studio is a special case where not all transport functions are working both ways. It’s a FL studio problem. Not a Renoise problem.
