I got a new PC and with my fresh install using 2.8 and 3.0 I get this error. This never happened on my old PC. I know this isn’t a bug, it’s something going on with my computer. What can I do to remedy this?

Is it possible that it’s a VST not loading correctly? I did switch from XP SP3 to Win 8…

You might need to update or add a VC runtime library but this is where Taktik can give the best advice.
