Yah, psychedelic…but from the kind of uncomfortable trip where you fear loosing yourself to confusion in between. I’ve made the mistake to listen to this after a special cig the first time, and had to stop and rip my headphones from my head. At least you could’ve placed a little warning… In sober state it’s interesting listening, the stereo fx are quite refined pushing a certain feel of “cloudy but intense pressure and feel of disconnection” into the mind. If you really want to deepen in more into the psychedelic stuff, better make it effecting more positive vibes, or else your audience might stay a little limited to the hardened core that can take this pressure and actually enjoy it… :smashed:

Yea, it does have a dark vibe for Christmas. I had wrote it for a strange person. I really didn’t think this one needed a warning. Thanks for the input. I’m glad it made some kind of impression.

Definately a lot more interesting than the original. I usually get put off by christmas themes/songs, but this was a version i can appreciate. :slight_smile:

OopslFly: if you can’t handle this kind of music while being influenced by mind altering substances then you should probably lay off the drugs. I think it’s silly to put up warnings on a piece of music. I don’t think psycedelic music has to be all positive, the best of the kind is rather the opposite imo. Like Pink Floyd and The Residents.

Try some LSD before listening to ‘The Residents - Have a Bad Day’ and you will probably be damaged for life if you think this was too heavy for you. :wink:
