Thank you, I think the shakuhachi would be quite suitable for the improvisation sessions I have been trying to do recently with bands I have never met before. The shakuhachi has the concept of “one note becoming Buddha,” and it is said that the performance of a master shakuhachi player has the power to bring the universe into existence, but I may not be able to utilize your performance to that extent, so I apologize in advance.
If you would like, I would be happy to use your samples in my sessions and live performances.
I will not upload the samples anywhere or distribute them to subscription services without your permission.
However, if you allow me to use them without restrictions, I will do so.
If you don’t want to do that, I would like to get your permission before uploading each one.
If you want credit, please come up with an artist name, etc. to put on my work.

Couldn´t resist to use AI Voices in my latest Renoise Soing, this is for sure the future if you don´t have singers available. The AI singers are Asians and sing German with an accent which I found funny.

I recently performed a one-person improvised singing live show with my group Ittteki (一ッ滴) . This consisted of me improvising lyrics and singing songs with AI’s music in the background.
AI’s music, which is highly accomplished in the sense of being tasteless, impersonal, and formulaic, is well suited for this kind of use. It will not be the music that stands out, but my song and lyrics.
The themes are created from a stock of about 3,500 that I have accumulated in advance, or from discussions with the audience or soliloquies during MCs.
The song automatically starts after 3 minutes, so I have to decide what I will sing by then.

AI Is a vocalists playground.Dont know what AI you used for this but the results i am getting are out of this world,if i did not know that it was AI generated i would think that it was human created and we are still in the early stages of these kind of generative AI.
The AI songs I used are listed below. Since the license is CC0, I recognize that it can be used for basically any purpose as long as there is no clear malicious intent, etc.
I am basically opposed to the promotion of AI in general because I agree with the activities of this organization. I believe that it should only be done after we have secured a situation that is clearly safe.
However, I am sometimes allowed to use my current AI results to play around with this kind of thing. I feel guilty, but at the same time I find it very enjoyable.

Nothing wrong to have a bit fun with it.AI is a tool, some will use it for good some for bad like any other tool out there.Big companies will do what they always did ,they cant be stopped they rule the world,we are just numbers to them.Good for you for taking a stand but humanity does not learn from its mistakes,AI or not we are bound to be extinced

It is quantity, not quality, that is important; you cannot generalize 0.1 and 99.9 as the same thing.
All people die, but there is a difference in quantity between dying someday and dying now.
However, like you, I am pessimistic about it. In other words, I believe that humanity will only have a few more years to live peacefully in the way we have been living.
Just as most of us have no interest in mediocre little bugs that are already extinct, AI will not see the value in protecting and preserving humanity. Even if it did find value in preserving them, I think it would only have a use value like the Matrix analogy or the horseshoe crab.
