In Need Of A Pitch Profile App

Does anybody know of an app that:

  1. can make/capture a (graphical) “Pitch Profile” from a wave file,
  2. allows you to EDIT this profile
  3. or/and apply it to a(nother) sound file.

Audition’s “Pitch Bender” can do “2” and “3” but can not do “Pitch Shift” apart from “Time Stretching”.
