Hi,
In the mode « Fullscreen », I can use any keys LALT + F4 and LALT + F5 to copy and paste the current selection in pattern : NO PROBLEM except in the mode « Windows » where pressing LALT + F5 is not running ? Why ?

Are you sure that your pattern editor has full keyboard focus when you try to do so? I suspect this may not have been the case when you experienced the issue (and that full / windowed mode was just a coincidence).
If you don’t know for sure, toggle F8, then try ALT-F4/F5 again or vice versa.
The focus markers surround the pattern editor if the pattern editor has keyboard focus.
could have something to do with the ATI Radeon stealing the alt+f5 keycommand…
Had some problems in the past because of this too… You can do a search with ATI for example if f5 is not long enough and perhaps those topics can help you solve this…

I have the ATI ALL IN WONDER 9800SE graphic card and to resolve this problem :
- Open regedit
- Go to
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ATI Technologies\Desktop{3746CA2C-F39F-4980-8ACD-6F46E003707E}\Profiles\Schemes\Environment\Switchamongstdisplays]
- There is a value “Hotkey”=dword:00000474
- Change this to “Hotkey”=dword:00000000
