Inputting Notes Between The Lines

Hey there.

Does anyone know if it is possible to enter notes between the input lines in Renoise or are you limited to entering on the lines?
This came up when I was making a trance track with a drum roll build and I could get the build to roll fast enough. I made the track on speed 6 and without changing the speed and re-adjust all the notes!! I don’t know how to solve this problem.

It may a handy feature to include actually, being able to swap speeds and any inputted notes re adjust their position to fit with the new speed.

Any help would be really appreciated as I’ve got a corker of a Trance track here with vocals from my girlfriend but no drum build!!
