nice effort! a pity this type of electronic symphonica has fallen into oblivion.
at least lost it’s stature in the mainstream… I partly grew up on this type of
music… kitaro, jarre, vangelis etc. so I get kind of nostalgic… hehe…
nonetheless, it’s a bit too obvious that the oboe-type instrument is a one tone sample…
would be nice if you could multi-sample it or use a simillar VSTi…
also the percs sound a bit too short as they die out too quick…
with a bit more work, some touch-ups here and there this one could be
grand…
but what about the filtery-ish effect on the strings, what’s that all about? necessary?
anyway, nice harmonical/melodic turns and arranging imho…
