Joystick Midi Mapping/scaling Help Needed

I just got my 3d Space Navigator working as joystic on windows 7. I’m using rejoice to convert joystic movements to midi messages. Now i just got one little problem, hopefully. Joystic x- and y-axis are scaled to midi messages like this ->

X-axis = min, midi message value = 0.
X-axis = middle, midi message value = 64.
X-axis = max, midi message value = 127.

example. Joystic x-axis is mapped to CC 74.

Now, when this midi message is mapped in renoise, lets say to lfo’s frequency slider. frequency slider will go to middle when joystic is released.
Is there a way to shift scaling like this, frequency slider will be 0 when joystic is released and max when joystic x-axis is moved to its max or min position?.
