Ketamine

Not sure how many people were actually interested in this topic but my friend’s last operation was a success and she got out of hospital last weekend after nealy exactly one year.

Here is a post of hers from a forum I use where there are quite a lot of people who probably use K to excess.

If anybody is interested in more details I’m sure I can get them for you.

Never touched the stuff. As far as I know it’s not really available around Georgia USA, not that I’ve ever had a desire to obtain any. Something about being in a “k-hole” ,as people supposedly call it, just doesn’t seem appealing to me. Being in any drug induced hole in general just sounds bad to me. I’d much wrather smoke some green and drink a gin and tonic.

Just my two cents:
A friend of mine works as a paramedic, and they use “Ketanesk” (in Germany, might have a different name in other countries) which is a Ketamine-based narcotic. He told me that it’s used for severe injuries, like amputations, dismemberments etc. (as someone mentioned here before, to lazy to look it up) and, well, by staff members (which would technically be “abuse” ;) ). The effects are extremely dependant on the dosage. In low dosages, it feels similar to smoking weed. In high dosages, and when used in the cases mentioned above, my friend described it as follows:
“You still feel the pain, but you just don’t f**king care about it…”
He also mentioned that after the use of K, you’ll have a bad night afterwards. It leads (inevitably, as he told me) real bad nightmares, “horror trips” so to speak…

So, in my opinion, it’s a hot burner -> hands off quickly!
