Renoise URGENTLY needs a new limiter/maximizer. The current one is really frustrating. Everytime you try to create a decent instrument, in the mix afterwards you end up with the limiter producing crackles and messing things up. Actually a limiter is used to prevent clipping, not to produce it. A new/revised limiter/maximizer is a really urgent need!
This is nice for open-source limiter.
Maybe the code can be used somehow…
