Link channels / Unify gain control

I have a tune that is well balanced, but peaking here and there. I want to equally reduce the gain levels of all channels. Is it possible to do this?

Because dB is a logarithmic scale it makes reducing varying levels equally quite tricky. In other software there is a link channels function. Help!

Runs in the background and lets you control multiple track (pre&post) volumes and maintain their relative levels.
