Linux version of Renoise is missing DND support.
On Linux you should use this:

Also there is extension to previous for saving files:
http://freedesktop.org/wiki/Specifications/XDS
Latter is useful, for example, dragging samples and instruments out from Renoise to file manager.
I don’t want to be annoying. Just it would be nice if there were drag and drop also in linux specially if it’s not that hard to make.
I just wanted to note that if this is going to be implemented in 2.0 it shouldn’t be left as last thing. There are lot less linux betatesters than Windows/Mac ones in here, so getting this thing in earlier would avoid bugs getting into Final version.
Dont worry, I haven’t forgotten this, its just that bug fixing has a higher priority right now. This is optional at the end…
