How about a “Load Presets”-button in VST-instruments so you can load presets saved on disk.
and a save button would also be pretty handy 
absolutely right, import + export of .fxb +.fxp is a must for a application that uses VST INstruments. you miss many new presets this way 
does anyone know if the .fxb format specs available somewhere ?
