So i had to wipe my computer and reinstall renoise, now for the life of me i cannot remember how to lock renoise when i drag. So every time i go to drag some sliders on an effect or EQ the whole window moves with it and its doing my head in. Im sure i have completely missed something so obvious after reinstalling.
That’s really unusual and not something you’re supposed to have to counteract with a new install.
Perhaps it’s your mouse/trackpad drivers.
What is also weird is that if i have 2 fingers on my trackpad which activates it as a right click, i can drag sliders with no problem whatsoever
Try change the settings of the trackpad.Check which model trackpad you have and look up the latest drivers for it. They might help with the problem.
