Mac Os X Dummy Audio Wanted

Hi there,

I installed Renoise on a Mac OS X 10.6.2 running in virtual box. I need this setup for testing my scriptings tools on Mac OS.

Only problem: Mac OS + virtual box = no compatible audio driver

means: Renoise transport functions don’t work.

Now my Question: are there any Mac OS users out there who know about a Mac OS dummy audio driver ? I don’t need necessarily a sound. Just a sink Renoise can write to, so that the transport works. I tried JackOSX and a hacked AC97 kernel-extension, but so far nothing worked.

Ideas / Suggestions ?

The soundflower hint was super worthwile for me … now the transport works as expected, thank you very mucho :)
