I have a 13" MBP and I think I’m missing a lot of the default keymapping keys (insert, helpkey, del). Does anyone else using a MBP have suggestions for a good set of replacement keybindings? Is there a default keymapping file available that’s MBP-friendly? I could go through it and do it manually, but any default is probably going to be better thought through than “what’s the next shortcut I have available…” If anyone has their own keymapping that they’d like to share, that would be great too…
yeah it’s quite annoying. in particular, i really miss the shift + f3,f4,f5 commands. i just added my own replacing the f keys with number keys though…
Just go into your OS X keyboard preferences and switch the setting in there for function keys.
