hi, when i am in automation-lower_frame, or instrumentsettings_lower_frame, clicking on midimap button takes me to trackdsps_lower-frame.
if i’m in automation_lowerframe and press the shortcut for opening midimap-mode, it stays in automation.
so midimap button actually changes frame states, it should not.

Only the track dsps have something to MIDI map, so it switches to this tab to be a bit helpful.

ahh. this would very handily explain why i could never get a satisfactory answer to the question of “how to midimap a midiknob to control input to automation view directly”
