I don’t think I’ll be able to supply a .xrns, because there are too many plugin fx and instruments. Too much work to convert.

Soundcloud has locked my downloads permanently because of copyright complaints (I had made a couple of unlicensed remixes) - so I can’t make it downloadable from there. What’s a good file host to use instead?

I use Google Drive or Microsoft One Drive because it’s there? Right click the file copy/paste public link more or less.
Edit: I’m not the coolest downloader. Can anyone else suggest something better?
