What means parameters like:

1. Static Buffers ?
2. Supports MP ?

Static buffers are the buffering type the plugin requires, if the plugin does not support dynamic buffering it could result in stuttering output or missing audio areas (overlap of samples).
Supports MP:Multiple Processors / multicore processors. Certain VST(i) plugins do not support multiple processors, if you set this to 0 and causes the plugin to work or no longer makes Renoise crash report this to Taktik and the default value for the particular plugin will be added in the main setup file.
This also goes for the static buffering but this only goes up for plugs that do not have this value enabled by default.
