Inserts a Note-Off with sub-line delay based on current playback position when pressing a shortcut named Insert Note Off with Live Delay.
Usage: go to keyboard shortcuts in preferences (ctrl + comma) and search for Insert Note Off with Live Delay, and map it to Capslock (or whatever your Smart Note-off is set to).
Then, when you hit capslock while in record mode while playback is occuring, the actual Delay will be applied instead of the note-off appearing with no delay regardless of when the key was hit.
I updated the tool (to v1.2) with two changes… at first the additional note-off would be inserted at the stopped playback position if not playing, but now if you’re editing it will correctly insert a note-off at the edit position… also now i’m adding a note-off two lines after the correctly delayed note-off in order to cause the note to stop playing. Upon playback, you’ll find that the note-off with delay that you wanted to create was accurately recorded.
