Prompted a Move Notes Switch for Delay, that moves the position of a note up or down in the patterneditor if the delay value exceeds or fall below a whole note.

Added: Fixed Values: Up to 8 manual values (0=disabled) that will be used for randomisation.
Added: 4 Presets. Saves the complete state of the tool in the .xrns.
Added: If delay & move notes is set, negative values are now usable with Min / Max and Fixed Values.
