By the way, I was thinking about how to automate any parameter.

That is, the idea is that it would be possible to write entire formulas for controlling parameters without using LFO or device formulas, which are not very easy for me personally to master.
That would be a feature for the pattrns engine. This tool uses that to generate notes, hence nothing else can come out beside note events.
So, the most that could be done is to remap the note, volume, panning or delay range, into effect/parameter commands. This could be interesting but way less powerful than what you think about and kinda messy because one or more controls need to be sacrificed.
So like instrument number would select the macro parameter and volume, pan or delay would set its value.
