Next/Previous phrase shortcuts

Phrases => Navigation
“next phrase” is the phrase next to the current in logical order (C-5 > B-4)
It’s already in Phrase Editor > Phrase Map?
Defaults are CTRL + Up/Down for previous/next and CTRL + Home/End for first/last
