I’m just messing around the Amen instrument and trying to chop it up with some 09 commands.
But nothing happens !
e.g put 0924, 09A5 etc. in the edit column but the sample just loops as normal.
Obviously something I’m missing here but can’t locate it !
Any one help ?

You need to put the note next to the effect command, otherwise the effect command will be ignored:
C-4 0910 <- working!
— 0910 <- no effect
C-4 0920 <- working!

PS Don’t really know what I’m doing, but sometimes the effect is great. Serendipity rules …
