Multiple selections has been suggested before. I’m for it, especially if you could have an option when pasting to either replace or insert. Then again, I haven’t checked to see if it’s already there or not. 
Guess that proves that I don’t really need it.

Yes, of course with option to mix the clipboard pattern data to existing one. You might not realize it, but you will need it when it’s there.
Yes ít would be nice to be able to add and substract from a selection.
And also to be able to select smaller parts. That way you wouldn’t have to use the advanced edit filters when copying and pasting some data. Would definatly speed things up.
