how can i stop note off from causing clicks
quite subtle but very annoying
e.g 340 bpm 03 speed

any ideas?
You can try to experiment with volume cutoff in the instrument editor. Sometimes the sound you are using especially sounds based on a sinus waveform can get you these click sounds. A workaround is not to place the notes polyphonic so they do not get cut off and let the volume cutoff in the instrument editor handle it smoothly.
