Novatron 1.0.3 to 1.0.6 CPU Spikes

In my most recent song, I use 5 instances of the Kush Novatron 1.0.3. Recently, there was an update, 1.0.6. Since then, I get much higher CPU usage.

When Novatron turned off: 59% CPU usage

Novatron turned on, 1.0.3: 74% CPU usage

Novatron turned on, 1.0.6: 95% CPU usage (emergency mute, so it’s probably higher)

Could one of you please download the demo version of both Novatrons, and test for me, if you see a dramatic increase CPU usage?

If you have multiple DAWs, could you also try it there? :stuck_out_tongue:

Other random info for the curious:

iLok :4.1.2.2231 (r41991)

Renoise 3.1.1

OS: Win10 1803 17134.228

CPU: AMD R7 1700X

Requires an iLok dongle just to try the demo version?

That rules me out unfortunately.

It works without iLok (the physcial one anyway).

I’ve already been in contact with their support team, and nobody else have had CPU problems and also been using Renoise.
