I tried several times today to register your program without success!
I own VISA card [Raiffeisen Bank] and I already bought several things through the Internet. But I tried several times tonight to register online - just does not work. I have no idea why it won`t work… I have 3 email addresses, one free [google email] and 2 paid others & none of them had success!
This is error mesage I got from server when click on PROCEED:

Since Renoise is not sold directly by the developers - they just use the SWREG service which handles the online store for them, I would imagine your best idea would be to contact SWREG directly. They would be the best people to handle any problems with the payment system, problems with your email or credit card, etc.
just use an different E-Mail address. It seems one of the E-Mail addresses you did try to use for registration has been used for fraudolent orders. I can understand the point of blocking the whole server by SWReg since it is about lost money. Either for us or for the SWReg shop (depends on the card beeing used)
Maybe you could also ask SWReg to unblock your particular E-Mail address.
Ok, I tried with different email address and changed to another one - the same message!
Then I activated buying thru PayPal account - but there I couldn`t re-edit visa card number [because it is different than the previous one!] so I registered new PayPal account.
BUT… in Visa card I have only Euros while PayPal requests Dollars [I can`t exchange to Euros anywhere on screen!?] so when I click PROCEED I got this message:
“This transaction exceeds your remaining sending limit. Please complete your enrollment in the Expanded Use Program. You will then be allowed to send more money.”
Geez!!! What on Earth is Expanded Use Program!?
Ok, found that option in their site, click on it and got this message:
“We are sorry that we are experiencing temporary difficulties. Please try again later.
Message 3005”
I tried several times during the weekend - no help! The same and same and same message appears again!!! So many troubles to buy just one program via the net!!!
And finally, I tried registering using another email address IExplorer and Opera browsers several times during the weekend - the same message keeps appearing:

What to do next? Doomed?? I really need this program!
my advice is to address this problems directly to SWReg. We have had some minior problems here and there with SWReg (about 5 cases in over 3 years), but an issue like yours is pretty new to me. If you do not get an answer from SWReg till tuesday, let me know (via E-Mail please).
Ok. Contacted them & now wait for an answer. On their website, when I entered email address, I see there were 6 attempts to register (!) I hope they will only proceed with only one of them :-]
i notice your having the expanded use issue, if there is or was an option to use paypal then you would have a problem there also.
i’m sure the renoise devs will help in any way they can.
Well - you wont believe why registering didnt work: To buy a 50 eur software, we [in this country] had to have 20 euros MORE on Visa to keep it working! Nobody told me that & thats why I didnt know. Visa that has less than 20 euros on it just wont work for internet shopping.

so you had to have 70 euros for it to work? is that what your saying or are you saying the conversion rate from another currency to euros was the problem?

Yes. To buy product that costs EUR50, you must have on Visa EUR70. Those EUR20 are just for Visa’s existance. If you have less money than EUR20, you can`t buy anything on the net. I have no idea if this is how Visa “works” in other countries, but, unfortunatelly I live in Serbia… a country that is in transition now…
