For clarification a sub bundle would be considered a nested bundle though right?
If so, is that an ad hoc definition of how nested bundles work?

A sub bundle is a bundle within a bundle
A nested bundle is a bundle containing a bundle
Call them what you like… renoise still can’t make use of them
