DTerm for OSX
I’m really happy to have found out this tool - it allows you to either run a shell command inside Dterm (which is invoked with shift-cmd-enter - then you type up the command, and with cmd-return it runs in Terminal and with ordinary return it runs in DTerm.)) it snoops the regular folder from your application, and off we go then.
