Post your music here!

thanks! :octopus:

here’s another recent non-psy track. had a lot of fun with this one. odd meter, all native synthesis aside from some percussion elements and the flute sample.

hope you enjoy

Are we supposed to share only songs made with Renoise? Or any song is cool?
Anyways, my latest thing is my first ever song I’ve released on Spotify (and i’m still so hyped about this fact lol).
Here it is: https://open.spotify.com/track/3eEOsx9WaN05co4ZF0dY2p

Here’s a recent track I made with all native renoise. I thinks it’s only got like 4 or 5 tracks total but it was fun to make. One of the things I love about renoise is that it feels like a hardware groove box to me. Just making simple beats and tunes quick for fun is one of my favorite ways to spend time.

That’s dope! I love odd meter in electronic music.

thanks. it’s fun to break out of the box every now and again

odd meter, and unique rhythm structure in general is underrated, imo. there’s so much 4/4 out there these days. not that there’s anything wrong with that, just that there are so many other ways to organize time/rhythm that can make for a unique feel in music

I agree! It shouldn’t just belong to prog rock!

So where to put snips now?

Here a song completely only made with TAL-Noisemaker (I love its sound):

Might need some further mixing still…

Damn! That’s some serious synthwave awesomeness. Siiiiick!!!

Thanks, I am glad you like it!

sweet. some nice sounding synths in there! Feels to me like it needs some soaring a-ha style vocals to complete it

Thanks. Should indeed try some vocals later, good idea. For now I am limited to that one synth.

New E.P available

And a video

Have a nice day

Great music! Is it renoise only? I don’t recall if I’ve heard such ambient music in renoise ever .

Hey Jérôme, congratulations on the new ep. It is lovely!

The sound design on the piano is neat. Did you record it yourself? If so, how much of its sound is in the recording versus how much is it achieved with effects?

I especially like “setting suns”. Reversed sounds are always cool to me. Are some of the bird sounds also reversed or am I making that up?

I still dig that what I can only describe as a “steam pad” sound around 50 seconds into “from the very beginning”.

Anyways, good stuff!

Ps. Many, many years ago you / Ab Ovo did a remix for my album Eretsua album Microcosms on Divine Comedy Records. “Coincidental Magic” was the track, iirc.

Thanks. Sometimes i use it with FL XXL

Hi eretsua,

I remind you of course!
I didn’t record the piano myself, i use different types of piano sounds which come from several sound banks and I compose melodies with them. I also use some piano samples, detuned or not, it depends of many parameters.
I also have an acoustic piano that I use to compose, but I transfer all my ideas to electronic music most of the time.
There are tracks with effects and others with no effects in each of my project…field recordings of bird are not reversed on the other hand, but i use reversed sounds frequently.

I wish you a good day to you and to all of you of course

Hi!

All Maverick Masters tunes are made in Renoise. Thank YOU for making it possible.
This was released yesterday, Synchronize last week. I hope you enjoy!

Work in progress

I deleted my twitter because it is garbage and never received any feedback on music.
