im not sure how to state this but,
using “92 XXXX” program change command
is it not possible to select just the effects column block “XXXX” of the program changes
and use advanced processing => transform effects ADD/SUB/MUL/DIV?

yeah, looks like a bug:
if the row is 92 xxyy, you can use “effect value” to change yy, but you can’t use “effect number” to modify xx
of course, the fact that “panning” does not modify 92 is intended to be so, by the way
