Question about Instr. MIDI Control device

hey everyone,

trying to write a script that will programatically change VSTi presets - i’m using Instr Midi Control device as a way to send program change messages to each VSTi.

my question: is there way to set the “Linked Instrument” property of the device programmatically? doesn’t seem to be one of the available DeviceParameters.

Setting Line Input Devices Parameters

Hey, I’m working to more tightly integrate renoise and a few other bits and pieces and really would like to set a Line Input device’s channel and input parameters upon creating it. This doens’t appear to be possible in 2.8b5. Only volume and panning are listed. Am I missing something? Cheers, Tristan
